  1. The amount of persistent grafting material (mm2) and new bone formation (mm2) after the 12-week cleft repair healing period (T0–T2) as evaluated by histology. The changes (Δ = Mirco-CT 2–0) in bone mineral density (BMD; g/cm3), bone volume fraction (BV/TV; %), trabecular thickness (Tb.Th; cm) and trabecular separation (Tb.Sp; cm) as evaluated by radiology.
