Histopathological and immunohistochemical findings of the recurrent lesion diagnosed as malignant fibrous histiocytoma of myxoid type: (A) Heterogeneous fibroblastic spindle cells, histiocytic, inflammatory and pleomorphic giant cells are scattered throughout the tumour mass embedded in myxoid stroma containing plentiful collagen fibres.
